The Role

As a VIP Client Services Executive, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, ensuring they receive an impeccable level of service throughout their stay. You’ll work closely with clinical and operations teams to deliver a personalised experience in a calm, confidential, and highly professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and support clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
  • Coordinate daily schedules and assist clients with personal needs or requests
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean, and luxurious environment
  • Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen, and wellness teams to ensure seamless service
  • Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity at all times

About You:

  • Background in luxury hospitality, private healthcare, or high-end service environments
  • Empathetic and calm under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of client privacy
  • Full UK licence and own car (you will be office based in the S11 area of Sheffield and will be expected to travel to sites based in the Peak District as and when required)
