Overview:
Our client, a leading organisation within the water management sector, is embarking on a range of critical commercial and operational excellence initiatives. To support this strategic agenda, they require a seasoned Senior Project Manager to drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects across sales, service, finance, and manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex commercial projects that span multiple departments.
- Oversee Go-to-Market strategies, key account model development, and market expansion efforts.
- Build and lead high-performing project teams and foster stakeholder engagement across the business.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through to deployment.
- Define and report on project success criteria, deliverables, risks, and resource plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through process reengineering and application of LEAN practices.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in commercial excellence and transformation programmes within engineering, infrastructure, or industrial B2B sectors.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and experience integrating technology with business change.
- Strategic thinker with solid decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communicator with experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
