The Role
As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the business. You will provide proactive, high-level administrative support to our Directors, helping them manage their time, communication, and strategic priorities. You’ll also be a trusted liaison between departments, clients, and collaborators, ensuring that the right information flows efficiently across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diary and inbox management for the Directors
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support project tracking and client communications
- Handle confidential documents and business-sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with HR, office management, and occasional personal tasks as needed
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and senior stakeholders in a professional manner
- Organise travel, accommodation, and schedules for site visits and industry events
