MFK Recruitment are working with a leading full-service law firm who have a strong regional presence. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its respected team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 5+ years PQE, to join a forward-thinking and supportive environment that places client service and professional development at its core.
The Role:
- Support and oversee the Corporate Team in delivering a full range of corporate transactional work.
- Ideally bring an existing portfolio of high-quality corporate matters.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
- Actively participate in business development efforts both within the Corporate Team and across the wider firm.
Types of Corporate Matters Involved:
- Business and share acquisitions and disposals
- Management buy-outs (MBOs)
- Corporate refinancing and restructuring
- Advising investee companies on legal and strategic matters
- Group reorganisations and intra-group transfers
- Share buybacks and capital restructuring
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience handling corporate transactions, including business and share acquisitions and disposals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the capability to manage complex caseloads and large-scale projects effectively.
- Ambitious and growth-oriented, with a drive to contribute to the firm’s development and long-term success.
- Confident in advising a wide range of clients, including senior stakeholders such as Directors and CEOs.
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting professional relationships.
- At least 5+ PQE
