About the Role
Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their collaborative, client-focused team. You’ll be working closely with an experienced Partner and a highly capable team with over 85 years’ combined experience. This role offers exposure to high-quality work and opportunities for development in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload involving sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Handle Landlord and Tenant transactions, including negotiated leases
- Deliver clear, high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client relationships
- Support the wider conveyancing team and contribute to team development

- Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
