Dispatch Clerk

Red Sky are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Clerk in Maldon, Essex. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for all shipments leaving Maldon as well as assisting/ advising head office of shipments & supporting with all goods in being received.

Responsibilities

Dispatch

Good communication skills

Pick & pack all customer orders.

Advising customers of shipment details well in advance of order due date.

Advising best packaging method for products.

Produce invoices

Book all couriers including customer chosen couriers.

Regular communication between office and customer providing support to make sure each order is delivered.

Updating company web site.

Recording all proof of deliveries

Working closely with accounts, sales, and logistics.

Unloading lorries

Goods- In:

Receiving goods in, inspecting & counting.

Storage of parts
