The Job Role:

  • Restaurant and Bar manager for a 150+ bedroom hotel.
  • Oversee a busy hotel Restaurant and Bar operation - also supporting weddings, conferences, events amongst other outlets within the hotel when needed.
  • Motivate the team to give exceptional service and leave a positive lasting impression on all customers.
  • Enjoy training and developing staff.
  • Working 5 days over 7.
  • Reporting directly to Food and Beverage Manager.

The Requirements:

  • Ability to maximise sales opportunities through up-selling.
  • Previous experience with Rotas, Budgets, GP is a must.
  • Enjoy training and developing staff to ensure they deliver the best and are able to work within a variety of environments.
  • Experience in conferences and events within a similar venue is required.
  • A strong individual with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
  • A hotel background is required.
  • Passionate hands-on individual who is looking to develop their career.
