You will support the EMEA sales team and global operations.
Role Purpose
As a Contract Specialist, you’ll provide expert internal support and guidance to our regional sales teams, ensuring orders comply with company policies while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage documentation, and build strong internal and external relationships to support seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Administration :
- Process incoming requests across departments, prioritize urgency, and manage the team Outlook inbox.
- Review and activate incoming order submissions via Salesforce for accuracy and compliance with contract guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for all contract-related tasks and approvals.
- Handle signing authority for order agreements in line with legal empowerment matrices.
- Execute special ad hoc projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Sales Support :
- Act as the first line of support for sales teams on contract-related queries, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with accurate client data in Salesforce for creating contracts and other support needs.

What We’re Looking For
