We’ve been exclusively appointed by a prestigious house builder brand to secure them a Head of Marketing to lead the strategic and tactical development of their multi-channel marketing plans during a very exciting period of growth.
This role would suit someone who has worked in a similar senior marketing role and has experience in the property market. The position is diverse and includes a multitude of responsibilities in the following areas of the business:
- Marketing strategy & planning
- Website management
- Performance marketing solutions & reporting
- PR and Communications.
- Marketing Events
General duties include:
- Preparation of strategic multichannel marketing plan
- Implementation of multichannel marketing solutions
- Hands on deliver of content, copy, digital marketing solutions
- Responsibility for agency relationships and commercial updates.
- Production of monthly reports on PR activity and of website enquiries.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Outstanding time management skills and an ability to prioritise a busy and ever-changing workload.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and within set budgets.
- Comfortable delegating work to marketing colleagues and external suppliers.
- High level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
- Experience of SEO (paid and organic)
- Good copy writing skills.
- Client-focused approach to working with both internal and external clients.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills as the business's needs evolve e.g image editing, basic design tasks, and basic video/podcast editing.
