Our client, a world-leading Global End User, is undertaking a major Salesforce transformation initiative and is in search of a Salesforce Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering their Agentforce vision across multiple regions.
Role Highlights:
- Lead the architectural design and end-to-end delivery of the Agentforce Program, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless agent experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Provide architectural governance, best practices, and technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and more).
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions that are secure, robust, and scalable.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, preferably within global enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering a full Agentforce Program or equivalent large-scale agent enablement initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration patterns.
- Salesforce certifications (System Architect and/or Application Architect preferred; CTA a bonus).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
