We are working with a leading regional law firm seeking an experienced Partner to join their dynamic banking and finance practice. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and shape a high-performing team within a progressive and ambitious organization.
As a Partner, you will take a strategic role in advising clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including corporate and real estate finance, debt restructuring, and complex refinancing transactions. You will lead on high-value projects, ensuring the delivery of tailored, commercially focused legal solutions. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be key, as will driving the growth and development of the team.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in banking and finance law, a proven ability to lead on complex transactions, and a commercial mindset. This role offers excellent potential for personal and professional growth within a collaborative and innovative environment.
The client is open to team moves and navigating the complexities of co-ordination.
The client is 5 days in the office but it is very flexible around the working day for school-runs/life etc.
