This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel – Data Privacy to join a global legal team. If you\’re passionate about data protection and thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape privacy strategy across multiple business functions. What You’ll Do: Advise on complex privacy matters across product development, marketing, and commercial operations. Guide teams on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and privacy best practices. Support privacy-related incident management and risk assessments. Develop and maintain policies, processes, and training to strengthen compliance frameworks. What We’re Looking For: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience* in data privacy, ideally with in-house exposure. Some leadership/management/formal mentoring experience (although worth noting that this is still very much a hands on role) Deep expertise in GDPR and global data protection laws. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical business advice. Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, ad tech, and digital innovation . Experience with privacy management tools is a plus.
