Pacific International Executive Search has been exclusively retained to assist our client, a world-leading supplier of high-performance, specialised chemicals and ingredients that play vital roles in key sectors and growing markets that serve billions of end users worldwide.
We are seeking a Corporate Lean Deployment Manager who is ready to take on a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and enhancing the long-term competitiveness of the company by improving corporate process speed and successful product innovation. The goal is to simplify business process flow and increase innovation speed and commercial success. The role involves supporting senior stakeholders throughout the business to successfully conclude the mission. This person will also develop others in the business in the use of Lean Six Sigma, developing yellow and green belts to grow the Lean DNA within the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Improve corporate functions process flow
- Improve new product rate of innovation
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure commercial success of new products
- Coaching and developing yellow and green belts to certification
- Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of methodologies and standards
- Actively participate in the community to share knowledge and best practices
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 yearsβ experience driving change in a corporate setting
- Experience working in a high innovation field preferred
- Minimum of LSS Green Belt (Black Belt or MBB preferred)
- Must have led Lean projects through its whole lifecycle
- Collaborative mindset β must be able to embark others
- Must be 1 day a week in London office
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
