Reward Analyst

We’re creating a new team as part of our mission to deliver an ever-improving support HR service to our network of 53 schools that is educating over 25,000 young people across the UK every week. As our Reward analyst, you’ll play a vital part in bringing together all the information our stakeholders and other interested parties need. What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Reward & Recognition some of your core responsibilities will include:
- Develop and continuously improve reward analytics and insights to design and build analytical models to forecast costs and identify impacts.
- Provide data analysis, modelling and administrative support for a variety of needs
- Undertake research and analysis of benchmarking and market trends
- Act as the subject matter expert for reward information,
What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, Visio, MS Office.
- Experienced in constructing analytical models, analysing data trends, generating insights, making recommendations, and creating and presenting comprehensive reports to help guide decision making.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering reward initiatives including pay review, gender pay gap reporting, benchmarking and pay ranges.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex data.
