As Head of Consumer Experience and Events, you will be responsible for driving instrumental change and growth for Penhaligon’s by putting the consumer at the centre of our omnichannel journeys and experiences. In this role, you will play a pivotal role reporting to the Brand Director, helping shape the brand’s consumer experience strategy and ensuring it resonates with the brand’s vision and business strategy. This role offers a dynamic mix of strategy and GTM plans in collaboration with Campaign & Content, VM/SD, PR, CRM, Commercial Teams, Education & Product Marketing.
What you’ll get to do
- Consumer Experience:
- Develop consumer experience strategy for stores with the Education Team.
- Create recommendations for brand planograms with market-level localization opportunities.
- Optimize VM for brand perception, navigation, commercial lens, and experiential opportunities.
- Drive best practice guidelines for in-store campaign activations with the Campaign & Content Team for all key launches.
- Build consumer experience section in all GTM guidelines to drive growth and elevate market opportunities of in-store and OOO activations.
- Develop best practices for consumer experiences in future lifestyle categories.
- Research and define best practices for multi-offer retail experiences and merchandising.
- Amplify brand collaborations through stronger omni consumer experiences (instore/media/comms).
- Collaborate with Campaign and Content team to develop programs for key collaborations.
- Eventing:
- Establish best practice guidelines for campaign pop-up activations to enhance brand perception and conversion.
- Work with VM & Campaign team to build consumer experience sections in GTM guidelines (design, collateral, media approach, comms) to elevate these opportunities and reach larger audiences.
- Develop brand-building events and consumer experiences to drive global and regional brand awareness.
- Create 360 plans for memorable event supporting overall brand strategy and business goals.
- Drive development of unique event opportunities with markets, identifying local angles for collaborations.
- Develop eventing guidelines for WHS environments to propel growth and awareness with retail partners and larger accounts.
- Encourage markets to identify and pitch opportunities for the brand.

- Understanding of retail across DTC and WHS environments, both permanent and promotional.
- Passion for brand building, retail, and creativity with a consumer and success-driven mindset.

- Leadership skills to inspire positive change across brand and markets.
- Strong and strategic verbal and written communication skills.
