Our client based near to Hayes is looking for an IT Literate Warehouse Team Leader. Previous experience in warehouse or logistics in a supervisory or team leader role is required as overseeing 2 staff. This is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern:
- Days - 6am-6pm
- Nights - 1pm-1am
The primary focus of this role will be managing and reviewing emails, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, and delegating tasks effectively to ensure the warehouse operations run efficiently. The Warehouse Team Leader will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining organizational standards, all while leveraging technology to improve workflow and communication. This role also includes overseeing X-ray screening procedures and ensuring all shipments comply with safety regulations.
