Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment Group’s – Marketing Division are pleased to be working with a leading SaaS business to recruit an experienced Product Marketing Manager.
As a Product Marketing Manager you will lead a talented creative team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is pivotal in shaping the product messaging, positioning and marketing strategy to elevate the brand, resonate with educators, and drive demand.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a robust product marketing strategy that promotes brand awareness and accelerates demand generation.
- Develop clear, persuasive product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the EdTech market.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that highlight product features, benefits, and real-world customer impact.
- Partner closely with product, content, sales, and customer success teams to align product marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Conduct ongoing research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings, using insights to refine positioning and product strategies.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimise strategies, refine campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of creatives to produce impactful, visually compelling, and audience-focused content.
- Own and manage all product messaging and information across key platform including website, sales collateral, email, platform etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent subject.
- Proven expertise in product marketing, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment, with experience managing and developing creative teams.
- Strong management skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide, inspire, and develop creative talent.
- A balanced thinker who can translate strategic goals into creative solutions that captivate and inform the target audience.
- Proficient in using analytics to optimise campaigns and improve outcomes, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communicator, experienced in working cross-functionally to align product messaging with the needs of sales, product, and customer success.
