This elite US law firm is looking for a March 2026 NQ to join their top tier Finance team in London. The finance team is experienced in handling complex debt financing transactions for borrowers and lenders including direct lending, leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border syndicated lending, distressed debt trading, portfolio acquisitions and restructurings.
They are specifically looking for candidates who have trained with a top tier UK or US law firm, have excellent academics and have some credible experience in Leveraged Finance work.
