Business Development Manager – Logistics – Camberley – Hybrid – Up to £40k basic + uncapped commission

We are currently working with a successful logistics business that offers a full solution to its clients. Due to growth, they are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive/Business Development Manager to join their team.

This company truly values its staff—you are an individual, not just a number. From day one, you will receive expert industry training to ensure your success. You will have full autonomy and ownership of your sales cycle, including hunting for your own leads, arranging client meetings, closing deals, and account management.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their proactive sales attributes in both professional and personal settings, rather than solely relying on experience.

All you need is some sales experience! We will consider B2C or B2B backgrounds—call centre, events, estate agency, car sales, travel sales, recruitment, lead generation, telemarketing, and other telesales roles.
