Due to expansion plans in the team, our client is looking for a Senior CDM Advisor or Principal Designer to join in London. This is not a consultancy role; you will be working on a small volume of complex in-house projects for a progressive practice on CDM compliance and strategy.
In this role, you will help to develop the PD role within the practice, providing support and advice to design teams across the globe, reviewing projects and designs to create consistency across the business on preconstruction Health and Safety matters. Experience working as a Principal Designer is essential in this role, and possessing a NEBOSH Construction along with any design experience/qualifications would be beneficial.
This is an opportunity to work in an interesting business where you will have time and training to deliver complex PD services on prestigious projects. Benefits include life assurance, paid study leave, sabbaticals, an employee assistance programme, subscription fees, and enhanced learning & development opportunities.
