The Role: Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality products safely and on time.

What you’ll do:

Operate and maintain machines within the Production area

Identify and resolve minor faults to keep operations running efficiently

Follow all health, safety and quality standards

Help reduce waste and improve production efficiency

Complete required paperwork and use computer systems accurately

Prepare and maintain tooling or replace worn parts (after training and sign-off)

Keep your machine and workspace clean, tidy and safe

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Enjoys practical, hands-on work and problem-solving

Works well in a fast-paced team environment

Has good communication, literacy, numeracy and computer skills

Is flexible and open to new challenges

Is committed to working safely and responsibly

Experience operating Gluing Machines is a plus but not required — full training will be provided.
