Social Account Director | Creative Agency | C £50-60k

Are you an ambitious Social Account Director looking to work in a collaborative culture in a strategic, creative and dynamic agency?

Our client is looking for a Social Account Director with exceptional client servicing experience to work on some fantastic consumer product brands. You will have past social media agency experience, and deep understanding of social content and the entire social landscape, to advice, strategise and direct programmes of work for their clients.

*You must have had previous agency experience in a creative Social Media Account Director role to be considered for this role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Exceptional client service across social media campaign and programme delivery for a portfolio of accounts
  • Shaping content plans, optimising campaigns, working closely with creative, strategy and project management teams to deliver on this work
  • Directing projects through briefing, presentation, production and delivery
  • Develop account plans, understanding the clients business
  • Financial management, accurate costings and invoicing, drive profitability
  • Confident pitching and presenting
  • Partner with third party and client teams
  • Positive leadership, passion and energy

About you:

You will already be a proven agency Social Account Director. And have already proven that you can:

  • Build deep and mutually beneficial client relationships, challenging and educating clients when required.
  • Identify opportunities, rallying senior stakeholders or disciplines and building the client business.
  • Ensuring all projects are on time, on budget and managed well. And all the correct correspondence is captured along the way.
  • Regularly planning and facilitating wash ups and quarterly reviews.
  • Building strong relationship with team members and others departments within the Agency, fostering a high level of morale.
  • Managing forecasts, revenue recognition, invoicing, in timely and accurate way. And understanding the importance of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Necessary capability, professionalism and presence to inspire confidence and trust amongst both Agency and Clients.

The agency offers a hybrid approach to work with 3 days per week in the office: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. However the office is open for any one to go in at any time, and some people genuinely do go in all the time but its what best suits your circumstances.
