The Role
As a Graduate Network Planner, you will be working on new and existing design projects as rolls out its ethernet network across UK. Liaising with the Planning Manager, you will be creating survey packs, BoMs and job packs detailing ethernet design solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce plans, drawings and maps for optical fibre routes.
- Complete reports and desktop surveys.
- Support capacity planning.
- Build map and database environments.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge:
- Understanding of telecom domain with FTTX/Ethernet products.
- Understanding of telecom fibre network topology and GIS systems like INS, BeRT, PiPER.
- Ability to produce detailed site survey, wayleave and network construction packs.
- Understanding of spine and core cable network.
- Excellent communication with ability to adapt.
