About the Company
Join a rapidly expanding, well-known company based in Bristol. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to establish, recruit, and manage our new office in Bristol. As a key player in our growth, you will also contribute to promoting our brand by identifying sales leads and supporting our sales team in converting these into customers in and around the Bristol area.
Responsibilities
- Brand Promotion & Sales Support: Promote the company’s brand by sourcing sales leads and collaborating with the sales team to onboard new customers.
- Team Leadership: Take overall responsibility for recruiting, developing, and managing your team. Foster talent through tailored development plans, regular reviews, and a supportive environment for growth.
- Succession Planning: Develop and implement a robust succession plan to ensure departmental coverage year-round, accounting for seasonal and growth-related fluctuations.
- Performance Management: Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to identify problems, implement solutions, and resolve issues effectively, including using the disciplinary procedure if necessary.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication across the team while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Customer Focus: Understand internal and external customer requirements to ensure the delivery of superior products and services.
