About The Role

We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. In this role you’ll assist and support the management team in the running of shifts, and be involved in various back of house duties alongside front of house tasks. A big part of your job will be supporting, training and guiding our amazing staff to be even more incredible in their roles.

About You

You’ll have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a management role in hospitality. Knowledge of craft beer for this role would be desirable, but a willingness to learn if you don’t is essential. You must be customer service focused above all else, making sure every single experience a customer has rocks every time they come into the bar.
