Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retrofit Scheme Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of our energy efficiency projects. This is a pivotal role with a focus on collaborating with various organisations, including local authorities, housing associations, contractors, and funding bodies, to ensure that whole scheme executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheme Management : Plan, implement, and manage the end-to-end energy efficiency scheme in line with organisational objectives and funding requirements. Develop project plans, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and effective scheme delivery.
Liaison, Communication and Collaboration : Work closely with all IZ Energy internal teams, client organisations and funding partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders to ensure the whole project team is aware of scheme status and progression.
Resolution of Potential Delays: Have overall responsibility for the identification, communication and resolution of potential problems / delays. This may include organising scheme meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure a resolution is implemented.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with relevant IZ Energy clients. Maintain effective communication channels and ensure client requests are managed in an effective manner. Act as IZ Energy lead within client meetings and maintain an excellent understanding of scheme status on all assigned projects.
Performance Reporting: Organise and facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure alignment and collaboration among all parties. Prepare and submit reports for funders, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
