The Role:
This role focuses on carrying out the full recruitment lifecycle from generating new business, through to successfully making placements with some of the industry’s most disruptive brands.
Responsibilities:
- Cold business development to new clients in order to win business.
- Business development to warm and existing clients in order to maximise on key client accounts.
- Account management of existing industry leading clients.
- Headhunting for executives in the eTail space that are suitable for briefs set by some of the industry’s leading brands.
- Continually grow your network and build long lasting relationships with senior candidates and clients within the eTail space.
- Work towards daily KPIs.
- Sell current opportunities to passive candidates.
- Candidate and client facing research- gathering information on who is hiring, what projects are going on in the market and which companies are likely to need to use a consultancy.
- Ensuring you are at the forefront of market news and new innovations within the eTail space.
- Connect with senior candidates via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospect candidates who send in enquiries through the website and LinkedIn.
- Formatting CV’s and writing tailored cover sheets ready for submittal to clients.
- Creating and sending out regular marketing campaigns to candidates on the CRM.
