Senior Residential Support Worker / Children’s Home Team Leader
Location: Wigan, WN1
Salary: £12.40 – £12.80 + sleep in payment £50, plus overtime and bonus available
Hours: 150 hours per month + 10 sleep-ins

The Role
– Senior Support Worker / Team Leader for a Children’s Residential home in Wigan
– Supporting Manager & leadership team to provide nurturing, therapeutic support for up to 3 young people
– Ensure that the highest standards of support and care are maintained daily throughout the home
– Attend to all care needs of the young person, including social and emotional needs
– Ensure that all policies and procedures for children, staff and other professionals are implemented and observed
– Provide leadership and mentorship to other staff members & promote their development
