About the Job
1.Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.
2.Plan, create, and manage high-quality content tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity.
3.Oversee the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring interactions.
4.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers, collaborators, and other stakeholders.
5.Analyze performance metrics to inform strategy improvements, reporting key insights to the marketing team.
6.Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and new platforms to strengthen the company’s digital presence.
7.Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to design integrated campaigns.
8.Manage social media budgets and campaigns to maximize ROI.
9.Monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the digital space.
Support in content localization and cultural tailoring for diverse audiences, with a focus on UK and Mandarin-speaking markets.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns for consumer-focused brands.
2.Experience working in retail, e-commerce, or related industries preferred.
3.Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
4.Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential.
5.Experience with paid social media advertising and influencer marketing strategies.
6.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
