🚨 Online Trading Manager – Maternity Cover (FTC) | Immediate Start 🚨

📍 London | 🕒 37.5 hrs/week (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Online Trading Manager to join a high-profile organisation in the sports and entertainment sector on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is an immediate start role with a strong focus on driving eCommerce performance and optimising the customer journey.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations for the online store, lead commercial trading campaigns, and play a key role in delivering seamless digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site trading, merchandising, and content across the eCommerce platform
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including key retail events
• Optimise site performance and user experience (UX), with a mobile-first mindset
• Monitor sales, customer behaviour, and stock availability using analytics tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance fulfilment, customer service, and technical integrations

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven experience in online trading, ideally within sports, fashion, or retail

✅ Strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering sales growth

✅ Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and web analytics tools

✅ Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills

✅ Ability to work during peak periods and major retail events (e.g., product launches, Black Friday)

The role also requires availability on select event days and during high-demand retail campaigns. Full training will be provided in key operational areas.
