An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Sales Consultant in our commercial team based between Norfolk and Suffolk, and it’s never been a better time to join us on the next chapter of our journey. This is a role that not only that sees you supporting local businesses and organisations with their advertising needs, you will also benefit from a competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure. It’s important you possess a hunter sales mentality, thrive in a sales-focussed environment, love meeting clients face-to-face, enjoy working to targets and achieving monthly uncapped commission as a result. A day in the life at LOCALiQ. You will be a natural communicator and spend your days developing relationships through both the account management of existing business and generating new business. Selling solutions matched to customer needs, and increasing customer spend will be at the heart of all you do. You should be happy to communicate face to face with your clients after appointment setting, along with speaking regularly over the phone to build further relationships. You will showcase our products and digital-led solutions best suited to the needs of the client. You will be hunting for new business opportunities through a sourcing strategy and cold-calling appointments. We are all about bespoke solutions and will give you the freedom to manage your clients effectively. You will form part of the Marketing Solutions Team for your region and will work with your colleagues to develop the best overall results for yourself and the business. What does success in this role looks like? To be successful in this role, you must be driven by targets and KPIs and thrive on exceptional customer service. You must be able to build and sustain a healthy pipeline. You will act as an Ambassador for the company and the news brands in your region. You will sell the correct solutions on the back of meaningful client engagement and provide 360 results feedback on their campaigns. You will be goal orientated and driven to succeed.
