Factory Operatives required in Ledbury, Temp to Perm contract, Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:30 rotating, paying £12.25ph, Immediate start for the right candidate.

We are actively seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Operatives to join our clients team at a well-established food packing site in Ledbury. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hard-working, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the manufacturing sector. Full training is provided; no previous experience in food production is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating within a fast-paced food production facility, primarily focused on packaging and handling food products.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area to comply with food safety regulations.
  • Assisting with general production duties, including loading, weighing, and labelling.
  • Working efficiently as part of a team in a cold environment (protective clothing and PPE provided).
Working Hours:

This is a rotational shift Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between:

  • Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:30
