An established regional law firm with a strong reputation is seeking a Legal Secretary to join its growing Private Client team. Known for its supportive and people-focused culture, this firm prides itself on offering a positive working environment where employees are encouraged to grow and thrive in their careers.
You’ll be working in the firm’s Bromsgrove office, supporting a senior Partner and two additional fee earners within the Private Client division. This is a close-knit, collaborative team working across six regional offices, dealing with a wide range of private client matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Typing, word processing, and preparing legal correspondence and documentation
- Managing file opening, closing, storage, and retrieval
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Taking and handling client calls, providing professional client care
- Supporting fee earners with general administrative duties
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a Legal Secretarial or Professional Services support role
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Confident with audio typing and digital dictation
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
