Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Main Duties Will Include:
- Coordinating day-to-day maintenance and repair requests across a property portfolio
- Administering rent increases and following up on outstanding rent payments
- Reviewing inspection reports and ensuring timely action is taken
- Engaging and onboarding reliable contractors and service providers
- Maintaining accurate key logs for contractors and property visits
- Managing deposit returns and resolving disputes in line with regulations
- Drafting and issuing legal notices, including Section 21 documentation
- Acting as the first point of contact for landlord and tenant queries
- Ensuring smooth tenancy administration from start to finish
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in lettings, estate agency, or property management is essential
- Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
