Location: Birmingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Main Duties Will Include:

  • Coordinating day-to-day maintenance and repair requests across a property portfolio
  • Administering rent increases and following up on outstanding rent payments
  • Reviewing inspection reports and ensuring timely action is taken
  • Engaging and onboarding reliable contractors and service providers
  • Maintaining accurate key logs for contractors and property visits
  • Managing deposit returns and resolving disputes in line with regulations
  • Drafting and issuing legal notices, including Section 21 documentation
  • Acting as the first point of contact for landlord and tenant queries
  • Ensuring smooth tenancy administration from start to finish

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in lettings, estate agency, or property management is essential
  • Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • Familiarity with property software or lettings platforms is a bonus

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000, depending on experience.
