About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role supports the Merchandiser across stock management, sales analysis, and operational execution to optimise performance and maximise opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support Merchandiser in stock trading, sales management, and category performance analysis.
- Maintain WSSIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Manage delivery schedules, stock intake, and cross-department communication for collection launches.
- Conduct category, returns, and sizing analyses by region and channel to maximize full-price sell-through.
- Oversee MAA in intake management, store allocations, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely eCommerce product launches and online imagery updates.
- Produce and analyse weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales and stock reports to drive strategic planning.
- Liaise with suppliers and warehouses to monitor deliveries and address issues.
- Lead critical path tracking meetings, ensuring actions are commercial and escalate concerns when needed.
- Act as the main contact point for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Deputise for Merchandiser, managing reporting, supplier issues, and cross-functional meetings when required.
