Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – Dynamics 365 Job Description Join our global team of Support Engineers dedicated to resolving technical and product issues with efficiency and expertise. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will focus on providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Power Apps), ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and collaboration. Responsibilities Communicate with customers, internal engineers, and third parties via email or telephone. Solve complex problems involving broad product knowledge. Provide solutions that satisfy customers, handling difficult situations such as complaint handling and mission-critical issues. Take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements to existing processes and workflows. Develop technical and functional knowledge on products and technologies related to the team scope. Write technical articles to distribute technical information to customers and subsidiary staff. Attend triage meetings with local engineers to share knowledge and efficiently develop customer solutions. Develop and deliver internal and customer technical trainings and workshops in specialty areas. Perform technical mentoring and assist other engineers to ensure quality support. Prepare and deliver proactive support services, including Supportability Reviews and Expert Roundtables. Use sophisticated tools to analyze complex problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs. Essential Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE): Understanding of core CE capabilities, including entity customization, form scripting, business rules, and security roles. Customer Insights Journeys: Knowledge of real-time marketing journeys, segmentation, triggers, and analytics within the Customer Insights platform. Power Pages: Experience building and maintaining secure, responsive external-facing portals integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including React), and Web APIs for customizing Power Pages and Dynamics forms. .NET & C#: Ability to understand and troubleshoot server-side logic, plugins, and custom workflow activities. Familiarity with Azure AD, ADFS, and OAuth for secure access and integration scenarios. Competence in SQL Server (2016 or later) and Dataverse schema for querying and troubleshooting data-related issues. L4 support needed 9 Additional Skills & Qualifications Debugging and performance troubleshooting skills across Dynamics and Power Platform. Experience supporting enterprise customers in a technical support or consulting capacity. Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools. PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals certification. PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant certification. PL-400 Power Platform Developer certification. MB-220 Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys certification. MB-210 Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant certification. MB-230 Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant certification. Other industry-recognised credentials in business applications or cloud technologies are a plus.
