REGULATORY SOLICITOR (DEFENCE), 2+ PQE, LEEDS, UP TO C£55.000 DOE – National Law firm recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, offers flexible working options in a supportive environment. JOB REF:8035

• This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled solicitor to advance their career in a challenging and rewarding environment.

• You will be joining a highly reputable team that advises organisations and individuals that are facing Health & Safety, criminal, environmental, CQC and other regulatory prosecutions.

• Applications are sought from Regulatory Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm.

• A background in advocacy would be a distinct advantage, however you can expect to gain thorough training within this skill set.

• You will be responsible for a caseload of primarily health & safety and transport regulatory matters, providing regulatory advice, representing clients during investigations and hearings.
