About the Role

We are partnering with an award-winning, nationally recognised financial planning firm that looks to grow by £500m AUM p.a. As Head of Wealth, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational excellence, team performance, and client outcomes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the next stage of the firm’s growth strategy and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire : Oversee a team of client facing senior staff to ensure a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Drive Growth : Champion recruitment, training, and development of IFAs and supervisors to increase team capability and achieve ambitious AUM targets.
  • Ensure Excellence : Maintain the firm’s exceptional standards, including its low complaint rate and trusted relationships with the regulator.
  • Strategic Impact : Contribute to executive governance, risk management, and compliance committees.
