We are seeking skilled Planon Consultants to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Planon software for a large Government Customer. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to align the Planon Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) with business needs, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Configuration
- Lead or assist in the end-to-end implementation of Planon IWMS, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure Planon modules such as Space & Workplace Management, Maintenance Management, Real Estate Management, and others based on client requirements.
- Integrate Planon with other enterprise systems, including ERP, HR, and financial systems.
Consultation and Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations for system enhancements or process improvements.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for leveraging Planon capabilities to meet business objectives.
Training and Support
- Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system updates.
Customization and Optimization
- Design and implement custom reports, workflows, and dashboards within Planon.
- Continuously monitor and refine system configurations to enhance efficiency and usability.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience with Planon IWMS implementation, administration, or consultancy (2–5+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with facilities management, real estate management, or maintenance processes.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Planon software and its various modules.
- Experience with SQL, APIs, and integration tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report creation using Planon reporting tools or other BI tools.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, technical teams, and end users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Certifications
- Planon-certified consultant (preferred but not mandatory).
- ITIL, PMP, or related certifications (advantageous).
