Pearse Partners has been mandated by a leading global consultancy to hire an Associate into their London-based Debt Advisory Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leaders, and assist in creating and reviewing financial strategies, business plans, and models (P&L, cash flow, DCF, LBO).
- Preparing transaction related documents, and involvement in discussions for debt financing options.
- Drive business development initiatives, foster strong client relationships, identify new service opportunities, and take part in targeted marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements
- CFA Qualified or ACA/ACCA equivalent (strongly preferred)
- Strong experience with Debt Advisory transactions within an IB, consultancy or professional services firm
- Strong skills in cash flow forecasting and business planning
