Excellent opportunity to demonstrate your Mortgage Admin skills working with high profile Clients within the Mortgage arm of a well-established London based Financial Planning firm. Due to the increased number of referrals the business is looking for additional members to join this small dynamic team of individuals
Opportunity Highlights
** Wonderful opportunity for an established Mortgage Administrator with a minimum of 18 months relevant experience to join this highly sociable and team orientated group of people in a very accessible location
** Opportunity to provide high quality Admin support to the team of Mortgage Advisers
** Build strong relationships with your Clients, delivering a service of excellence resulting in further referrals
** Ensure compliance and that firm’s standards are met and records are kept up to date
** Your role will be varied encompassing all aspects of the process from initial application through to completion
** Opportunity to attend meetings with Lenders
** Working closely with the Client, Lender and Adviser collating and dispatching all relevant documents and letters to relevant parties
** Creating invoices, updating Adviser fee records and drafting recommendations/suitability letters
