The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a talented Senior Associate to handle a broad spectrum of complex and high-profile employment law matters. You'll advise a diverse client base, including global corporations, financial institutions, charities, and senior executives, across contentious and non-contentious issues.
As part of this team, you’ll work on cutting-edge cases, providing practical solutions on matters such as:
- Employment law aspects of corporate finance transactions.
- Discrimination, redundancy, and dismissal disputes.
- Boardroom disputes, executive remuneration, and corporate governance.
- International employment issues, including dual contracts.
- Employment litigation in High Court, county courts, and employment tribunals.
