Are you ready to take full ownership of an affiliate marketing channel and play a key role in scaling digital customer acquisition for a fast-growing telco? We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join a high-performing digital team and manage day-to-day affiliate operations, from aggregator partnerships to content sites and price comparison platforms – all with a focus on quality, compliance, and conversion.
The Affiliate Manager will work closely with internal teams across paid media, CRM, and sales to ensure the affiliate strategy delivers results – and aligns with wider campaign activity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing relationships with a range of affiliate partners
- Owning campaign calendars, product feeds, and compliance across channels
- Driving improvements in CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Collaborating with Sales to optimise the full affiliate-to-sale journey
- Tracking and reporting on performance metrics weekly
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in affiliate or partner marketing at a telco, broadband, utilities or subscription based company
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and platforms (e.g. Awin, Impact, PowerAltNet)
- Great analytical skills and a data driven mindset
