Firm
One of the largest and most successful employment law team in the Thames Valley are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Reading office.
Role
You will join a recognised market leader for its work with both employers and individuals. You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters including contracts, policies and procedures, employment disputes in the High Court and tribunals, TUPE, redundancy situations and termination of employment and settlement agreements.
You will work with a wide range of organisations from multinationals and large, publicly listed UK companies to small and medium sized enterprises, across many different industry sectors. You will also work with private individuals particularly those facing an exit from their employer.
