Role Description
Alliance Facades is #recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience at a specialist sub-contractor or manufacturer within the facade sector. The ideal candidate will have experience taking projects from design phase, through construction phase to completion. Experience dealing with rainscreen cladding and/or curtain wall projects is essential.
The role is open to both candidates local to the London area, and those willing to travel and stay for a night or two per week (expenses covered), with some home based working also possible.
The candidate will report directly to the Directors of the company and become an essential part of the wider Alliance Facades management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of previous experience managing rainscreen cladding and/or curtain wall projects
- Strong technical understanding and ability to review and critique drawings during the design phase
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills with Microsoft Project programming experience beneficial
- Ability to deal with stakeholders of all levels (clients, suppliers, subcontractors etc)
