Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Reporting to the Conveyancing Fee Earners, you'll be responsible for secretarial, support, administrative and client care responsibilities including filing, archiving and accounts duties.
As Legal Secretary, your tasks include:
- Carry out all secretarial duties within the conveyancing department under the supervision of the Fee Earner.
- Keep the Fee Earners diary up to date with appointments via the Practice Management System.
- Contact clients, Solicitors and third parties in accordance with practice standards.
- Complete all legal documentation, assist in managing a case load and file accordingly.
