Full/Part-time positions for Complex Homecare roles in the Kirkby Stephen area. 12 hour shifts – 8am-8pm. Looking for a new care role where you can broaden your professional development? Join our team of Home Carers to help provide person-centred care and assist people in their own homes. As a complex carer, you will be provided with complex nurse-led training based on the clients you will be supporting. We support with a variety of conditions such: • Spinal Injuries • Stoma, Bowel and Catheter Care • Airway Management • Neurological Conditions • Seizures and Epilepsy • Mobility support As a complex carer, the role will include: • Nurse-led complex training to give you the skills and confidence to carry out the role • Personal-centred care to our clients, providing the high standard of care you would wish your loved ones to receive. • Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting) • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques • Administering and documenting medication • Documenting care activities through our app and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams. • Supporting with housework such as meal preparation or shopping. • Companionship for our clients, supporting their wellbeing and building a trusting relationship.
