Cobalt is working alongside a well-respected Managing Agent who are seeking to hire a Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of properties within Edinburgh and Dunfrees. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for a cluster of characterful commercial assets in managing both the physical asset and the TFM service provision, all whilst keeping a very specific eye for detail to create a first-class service for the occupiers. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the effective maintenance of the building plants and fabric in terms of both planned and reactive works. Building relationships with service providers to ensure that their level of service is in line with the expected SLA. Exposure to managing the service charge budget. Overseeing the fit-out and refurbishment projects on the property. Ensuring full H&S compliance, conducting regular site inspections, signing off RAMS and permits to work etc. Conducting site walk-throughs on a regular basis Managing the Facilities Technicians as well as external contractors for M&E, security, and cleaning.
