Our respected Property Management client, based in Birmingham City Centre, is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join their dynamic, medium-sized finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role, immersing yourself in a variety of responsibilities. As well as acting as a key liaison for a small team under your guidance, you will lead a range of process improvement initiatives and oversee client reporting. Reporting directly to a Director, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all property accounting is accurately and promptly managed for both yourself and your team. Strong communication skills will be essential as you build effective relationships with your team and clients, providing insightful feedback on reporting. Technically, you will be a proficient accountant, responsible for preparing comprehensive financial report packs, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, VAT reporting, and service charge budgeting and forecasting. If you enjoy analysing data and partnering to deliver commentary, this role will suit you perfectly.
