What you’ll do: Day to day administration of all Linux servers: RedHat, Ubuntu and CentOS. Designing and implementing security best practices for Linux infrastructure. Monitoring server performance and availability. Building and maintaining Linux VMs in both on-premises VMware/Nutanix and Cloud service providers like Azure/GCP. Investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems. Preparing, reviewing and maintaining operational documentation. Researching technical challenges, and determining the best solution. Managing patch/lifecycle management of Linux Operating Systems. Creation and maintenance of RedHat clustering. Administration of Cloud service providers (Azure, GCP). Managing Linux backups/restores via Commvault, Azure and GCP. What you’ll bring: Hands-on technical experience and in-depth knowledge of Linux VMs: VMware/Nutanix and Azure/GCP. Experience managing Linux backups/restores via Commvault, Azure and GCP.
